74LV245D,112 Overview
The 20-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package is neat. In order to package this voltage buffer, the Tube external package is used. There is a Surface Mount mount version of this digital buffer available for purchase. Transceiver, Non-Inverting logic integrated circuits have a wide range of applications, including this one. A supply voltage of 1V~5.5V is applied to this network transceiver to supply it with power. Buffers such as this one are designed to operate at temperatures as high as -40°C~125°C TA. In both the high and low logic states, it outputs 16mA 16mA. Digital buffer is capable of handling 3-State outputs. We use all 1 elements. One of the 74LV series network transceivers.
