74AUP3G07GDH Overview
As you can see, this voltage buffer is packaged externally in the Tape & Reel (TR) package. In this case, we have a typical Buffer, Non-Inverting logic integrated circuit that has a wide range of applications. There is a 0.8V~3.6V supply voltage applied to this network transceiver during the manufacturing process. The logical driver is qualified for operation at -40°C~125°C TA. Buffer IC has - 4mA logic state output currents in high and low logic states. In total, bus transceiver can handle Open Drain outputs. Transceiver utilizes all 3 elements. Network transceivers in the 74AUP series include this one. For each element, 1 bits are used.
