74AUP2G98GFX Overview
A package with 10-XFDFN. In this package, there is also the Tape & Reel (TR) package that is included. It is available in the Surface Mount version as well. Single-Ended output is fully functional on this device. Configurable Multiple Function logic is used in its communication. A higher operating temperature at -40°C~125°C can be achieved. The inputs contain the 3 axis. This is part of the 74AUP series, so it belongs to that family. In order to operate, it uses a 0.8V~3.6V power supply. A 10 termination is included in the part. The pins are joined using 10 pins. Installation and disassembly of the device are made easy by its Surface Mount design. Logic gate applications are handled by this 10 solution. It is normal to need 1.1V volts for this part. Circuits based on 2 basics are used. A AUP/ULP/V product, it belongs to the AUP/ULP/V line of products. This device is dependent on 0.8V voltage or higher to operate.
