74AUP2G07GN,132 Overview
There is a neat 6-XFDFN package used in buffer. A Tape & Reel (TR) external packaging is used for this buffer. The external packaging used in this logic IC is the Surface Mount external packaging. This is a typical Buffer, Non-Inverting logic integrated circuit with a wide range of applications. There's a 0.8V~3.6V supply voltage for this logic IC. This automotive buffer is capable of working through -40°C~125°C TA. This buffer IC has a - 4mA high and low logic state output current.
