BGA is the package in which FIFO memory chip is contained.Bulk case is used for packaging.Surface Mount is recommended as the mounting method.144 pin is used for operation.In order for FIFO design to operate, a maximum current of 60mA is required.The supply voltage should be set to 2.5V in order to achieve FIFO's maximum efficiency.In order to ensure reliability, FIFO is maintained at 0°C degrees Celsius at all times.By operating at a temperature of 70°C °C, the FIFO products is capable of stable operation.Low supply voltages, such as 2.375V V, may be required for operation.There is a maximum supply voltage of 2.625V volts that FIFO memory can handle.During normal operation, the FIFO memory's maximum value is 225MHz .
