70914S25J8 Overview

There is a voltage range of 4.5 V ~ 5.5 V for the supply voltage. It is recommended that the mounting type be Surface Mount. When choosing similar parts, IDT70914 is frequently referred to as the device's base part number. In this ic memory chip, there is an 68-pin package that encloses the device.
