70914S25J8 Overview

The device uses a mainstream SRAM-format memory. Suitable for use in a wide range of demanding applications, this device offers an extended operating temperature range of 0°C ~ 70°C (TA). There is a voltage range of 4.5 V ~ 5.5 V for the supply voltage. It is recommended that the mounting type be Surface Mount. When choosing similar parts, IDT70914 is frequently referred to as the device's base part number. In this ic memory chip, there is an 68-pin package that encloses the device. This memory chip has an operating supply voltage of 5V. As a result of the Surface Mount mounting configuration, this chip is designed to be straightforward, high-efficiency, and easy to install.
