7005L55JI8 Overview
There is a memory type RAM, SDR, SRAM for this type of device. The case comes in the Tape & Reel style. The file is embedded in a PLCC case. This chip has an 8kB size of memory on it, so a lot of data can be stored on it. A package of 68 pins is used to protect this memory device. This memory runs on an 5V operating supply voltage. Memory chips configured with Surface Mount mounting achieve high efficiency and simplicity. The nominal supply current of this memory component is 250mA. Each memory address is accessed by one of 2 ports on this chip. There must be at least an -40°C operating temperature for this device. The part should not be operated at temperatures above 85°C degrees Celsius as otherwise, the part may be damaged due to the excessive amount of heat. This part should have a minimum supply voltage of 4.5V. A maximum voltage of 5.5V shall be allowed for its operating voltage.
