7005L55J Overview
As far as its memory type goes, it falls into the RAM, SDR, SRAM category. PLCC case encloses it. There is 8kB of memory on the chip. In this ic memory chip, there is an 68-pin package that encloses the device. This memory chip has an operating supply voltage of 5V. Using 2 ports, a single memory address can be read and/or written.
