Isocom Components 2004 LTD Optoisolators - Transistor, Photovoltaic Output 6N136 is ideal for use in applications requiring a high level of electrical isolation. This optoisolator features a photovoltaic output, 5kVrms of isolation, and a transistor output, all packaged conveniently in an 8-pin dual-in-line package (DIP). This allows the optoisolator to easily integrate into any circuit where a basic but reliable level of electrical isolation is necessary. The maximum output collector current is beneficial for use in faster switching applications. Featuring a common-cathode design and a Vce(on) of 2.5V at 100mA, this optoisolator is extremely reliable and suitable for a number of industrial and consumer-level applications.
