5T9010BBGI8 Overview
Tape & Reel (TR)-method packaging is used for clock ICs. The 144-BGA package contains this clock generator. The input of this clock generator is designed to be eHSTL, HSTL, LVPECL, LVTTL. To access the full performance of the electronic component, 1 circuits are implemented. There is a maximum frequency of 250MHz Max with this clock-based frequency generator. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can be conveniently installed on the panel. As far as the supply voltage is concerned, clock PLL can be used with 2.3V~2.7V.
