5V V FPGAs ACT™ 2 Series 132-BCPGA
5962-9322102MXA Overview
There are two packages that contain fpga chips: 132-BCPGA package and X package. Having 104 I/Os makes data transfers more coherent. An attachment Surface Mount allows the FPGA module to be attached to the development board. The supply voltage of the device is 4.5V~5.5V , at which it runs. The ACT™ 2 series FPGA is a type of FPGA that belongs to the ACT™ 2 family of FPGAs. When operating the machine, it is important to keep the temperature within -55°C~125°C TJ range. There is an FPGA model contained in Tray in order to conserve space. In order to find related parts, use the part number 5962-93221 as a base. In this case, there are 100 pins on the board. A total of 684 LABs/CLBs make up this FPGA array. The 5V supply voltage provides designers with full flexibility in their designs. During its maximal operating temperature, this module reaches 125°C. In order to achieve -55°C, the operating temperature must be higher than -55°C. The building block that forms the basis of the system contains 4000 gates. The data is stored and transferred using 568 registers that are used for this purpose. The device package supplied by 132-CPGA (34.54x34.54) is one of its suppliers.
