5962-9215602MXC Overview
A 176-BCPGA package is provided with this component. FPGAs of this type consist of FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY components. This device features 140 I/Os in order to transfer data in a more efficient manner. An electrical supply voltage of 5V powers it. An FPGA module can be attached to a development board with a Through Hole-pin. Powered by a 4.5V~5.5V supply voltage, fpga chips is able to operate at high speeds. The FPGA belongs to the ACT™ 2 series of FPGAs, and it is one type of FPGA. During the operation of the system, the operating temperature should remain within the range of -55°C~125°C TJ. It is for space saving reasons that this FPGA model is contained in Tray. As a whole, it has 176 terminations. Related parts can be found by using its base part number 5962-92156. 176 pins are designed into the device. Fpga electronics contains 1232 LABs/CLBs in an array. As long as this FPGA is mounted in Surface Mount, it should be able to function as it should in terms of its specifications, as well as its capabilities. A 5V-volt supply allows designers to fully utilize its flexibility. Among its basic building blocks, there are 8000 gates that are included in it. 6036 logic blocks (LABs) make up its basic building blocks. Normally, fpga semiconductor uses an oscillator, which oscillates at 60MHz, to create the signal. As a result, there are 998 registers which are used to store and transfer data.
