5962-9150801MXA Overview
As far as memory types are concerned, Volatile is considered to be its memory type. In addition, memory ics is available in a Tray case as well. In the case of 68-BPGA, it is embedded within the case. A memory chip with a capacity of 128Kbit is used on this device. There is a mainstream memory format used by this device, which is called SRAM-format memory. This device has an extended operating temperature range of -55°C ~ 125°C (TA), so it's perfect for a wide range of demanding applications. It is capable of handling a voltage supply of 4.5V ~ 5.5V. As far as the mounting type is concerned, Through Hole is recommended. The memory device has an 68-pin package, which encloses it in a small package. According to the datasheet, this memory chip operates at an operating voltage of 5 V. In this chip, the Through Hole mounting method is used, a straightforward, high-efficiency mounting method. In terms of its nominal supply current, this memory component has a rating of 300 mA. The memory chip has 2 ports for granting read/write access to one memory address. This part plays an important role in applications that target the - series of memory devices. Temperatures below -55 °C should not be used with this memory ics. It is recommended that operation of the part be restricted to temperatures not exceeding 125 °C, otherwise damage to the part may occur as a result of overheating. In most cases, this memory ics is regarded as being a type of Memory & Data Storage. It is recommended that this part be supplied with at least 4.5 V volts. The operating voltage shall not exceed 5.5 V.
