5962-9081101MPA Overview
Power management is mounted through 8 terminals. Power management is possible to find a series of 1 functions. A series of 1 channels can be found on this supervisor. IC management is packaged as a CDIP package. The package peak reflow temperature is specified to be 240. The supervisor is always powered by a 5V volt supply. Power management is included in the Through Hole mount. Power management has a total of 8 pins. IC management can only work with a supply voltage of 2V volts. In this PMIC, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 16.5V volts. Other IC kinds, such as POWER SUPPLY SUPPORT CIRCUIT are included in the power management system. This power management requires 5V power to work. Voltage supervisor can work with a supply temperature of 15μA at the most.
