To protect the mechanical temperature sensors from damage, we package them in TO-205AA, TO-5-3 Metal Can packages. The minimum operating temperature for this electronic component must be at least 40°C. In contrast, mechanical temperature sensors have a maximum operating temperature of 120°C. Mechanical temperature sensors can carry a 1A maximum current for an indefinite period of time. Mechanical temperature sensors can reach 28V voltage in an AC circuit. Ideally, mechanical temperature sensors should operate at no more than 1A load current. When used in a DC circuit, mechanical temperature sensors are capable of achieving a voltage value of [0].
