3530ECUSAGRM Overview
The microprocessor is conveniently packaged in 423-LFBGA, FCBGA, making it easy to ship internationally. There are 1 Core 32-Bit cores/bus width on the CPU. Understand the operating temperature around -40°C~105°C TJ. The OMAP-35xx series contains it. A ARM® Cortex®-A8 processor powers this CPU. LPDDR RAM controllers are used by this CPU. This microprocessor has HDQ/1-Wire, I2C, McBSP, McSPI, MMC/SD/SDIO, UART interfaces to serve you better. I/O is run at 1.8V 3.0V on this CPU.
