The mechanical temperature sensors were packaged in Module packages to protect them. A mechanical temperature sensor resists the passage of 500MOhm current through electrical insulation. To protect the circuit from problems, the contact resistance of mechanical temperature sensors should be [0]. Ideally, this electronic part should be operated at -46°C or above. Mechanical temperature sensors, however, can withstand temperatures up to 204°C. A mechanical temperature sensor can carry 5A current indefinitely.
