In order to function correctly, this electronic part must be operated at a temperature greater than -29°C. It is however possible for mechanical temperature sensors to operate at temperatures as low as 177°C. There is 1A as the maximum current a mechanical temperature sensor can carry indfinitely. It is recommended that mechanical temperature sensors in AC circuits carry no more than 120V voltage.
