3100U00011458 Overview
The mechanical temperature sensors are packaged in Cylinder with Mounting Flange packages to prevent them from being damaged. Electric insulation prevents -500MOhm current from flowing through the mechanical temperature sensor. If a mechanical temperature sensor is used, its contact resistance should be 50mOhm in order to protect the circuit from failure. This electronic part must have a minimum operating temperature of -29°C to function properly. However, mechanical temperature sensors can reach a maximum operating temperature of 260°C. Temperature sensors can carry 3A current indefinitely. An AC circuit should not carry more voltage than 120V from mechanical temperature sensors. Sensors have 2 pins. A mechanical temperature sensor can reach 120V in an AC circuit. Mechanical temperature sensors operate at 3A load current.
