    2N5555 amplifier is an N-Channel amplifier. 2N5555 N-Channel amplifier is intended to be used as general-purpose amplifiers and switches that require high voltages. The ratings are the maximum thresholds that limit the usability of ON Semiconductor 2N5555 that could be compromised. The ratings are based upon the maximum junction temperature of 150??. This is a limit for steady-state operation.
