There is greater flexibility with the 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package.The packaging method is indicated by Cut Tape.A total of 2 drivers are integrated into its configuration.Surface Mount is mounted in the way.By using 4.5V ~ 20V supply voltage, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.The gate type on this device is N-Channel MOSFET.This device allows temperatures in the range of -40°C ~ 150°C (TJ).A type of Non-Inverting is used for input in this program.In the EiceDRIVER™ series, this gate driver is included.With a voltage of 0.7 mA, it operates with a constant current.
