Mechanical temperature sensors are protected from damage by Cylinder with Mounting Flange packages. This electronic part cannot work properly below 0°C. The maximum operating temperature of mechanical temperature sensors is 150°C. Mechanical temperature sensors can only carry 15A current forever. A mechanical temperature sensor in an AC circuit should never carry a voltage higher than 250V. 2 pins make up the sensor.
