2450RCG84180065 Overview
The mechanical temperature sensors are enclosed in Module packages to protect them from damage. It is possible to oppose the passage of -500MOhm current through the mechanical temperature sensor by means of electrical insulation. In order to protect the circuit, the contact resistance of a mechanical temperature sensor should be 50mOhm. It is essential that this electronic part be operated at a minimum temperature of 0°C in order for it to function correctly. The maximum operating temperature of mechanical temperature sensors, however, is 260°C. For an indefinite period, a mechanical temperature sensor can carry 500mA current. A mechanical temperature sensor in an AC circuit should not carry more voltage than 250V.
