To protect the mechanical temperature sensors from damage, we package them in Module packages. The minimum operating temperature for this electronic component must be at least 52°C. In contrast, mechanical temperature sensors have a maximum operating temperature of 232°C. Mechanical temperature sensors can carry a 10A maximum current for an indefinite period of time. Mechanical temperature sensors cannot carry voltages greater than 120V in AC circuits.
