To supply this electrical device, reverse leakage current of 7.5μA @ 1V is required.5% is the maximum voltage (Tol) that can be supplied.Zener single diode is important to note that during operation, the maximum voltage - Zener (Nom) is reduced to 1.8V.In order to operate this device, the working test voltage should be set to 0.05mA.When the maximum voltage - Forward (Vf) is supplied for its operation, it reaches 1.5V @ 100mA.A reverse test voltage of 1V is recommended for full operation of this device.
