A higher degree of flexibility is achieved by adopting its 10-VFDFN Exposed Pad package.MouseReel represents the packaging method.This device is equipped with 2 drivers for its configuration.Ideally, it should be mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.In the absence of a power supply voltage of 4.2V ~ 11V V, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.There is a gate type of N-Channel MOSFET in this design.For this device, the temperature range is -40°C ~ 125°C (TJ).The input type for this program is Inverting, Non-Inverting.Mosfet driver is designed specifically to run on 11V volts of power.A board with 11 component pins is available.In terms of its basis, there are 1 Output outputs integrated.The output current of this device can be set to 2 A.The gate driver is part of the EiceDRIVER™ series.
