Description

The 3A H-Bridge 18200 is intended for motion control applications. Bipolar, CMOS, and DMOS power devices are all combined on a single monolithic structure during the device's construction using a multi-technology method. The 18200 supports peak output currents up to 6A, making it perfect for driving DC and stepper motors. A novel circuit that enables low-loss output current sensing has been put into practice.
