Its Die package provides greater flexibility.A packaging method of Bulk is indicated.The configuration is supported by 2 drivers.It's mounted on the way to Surface Mount.In the absence of a 4.5V~18V supply voltage, it can demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET is used in its design.There is a temperature range for this device of 0°C~70°C.Inverting is used as the input type in this program.Its configuration starts with 6 terminations.Mosfet driver employs an interface chip called BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER as Mosfet drivers interface chip.On the board, there are 6 component pins.Based on its power supplies of 4.5/18V, it solves the problem of power supply failure for a variety of applications.
