SI5364-H-XL5 Overview
As a clock IC, it uses the Tray package. 63-LBGA contains this Clock PLL. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 99 terminations. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 3.3V is required. This Clock PLL will be fed by Clock as its input. There are 1 circuits implemented in order to achieve full performance from this electronic part. Providing a maximum frequency of 675MHz, this clock-based RF synthesizer is suitable for a variety of applications. The Surface Mount allows this electrical component to be easily installed on the panel. There are 3.135V~3.465V different supply voltages that can be provided for this RF synthesizer. Based on test statistics, ambient temperature should be set at -20°C~85°C. I would like to present to you a frequency synthesizer that is compatible with CML logic levels.
