1.8V Clock Generators 64 Terminals Tape & Reel (TR)
SI5345B-B04795-GMR Overview
The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. There are 64 terminations found in this file. To operate this time clock generator, 1.8V voltage should be applied. 1.89V would be the maximum supply voltage for this clock generator. CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/peripheral ICs are incorporated in this digital clock generator. In order to maintain safety, this frequency generator should be supplied with voltages above 1.71V. In addition, the PLL may cause ha85°Cards once the temperature is set higher than 85°C. Synthesi350MHzing a clock output frequency of 350MHz is possible with this clock-generator. A clock PLL that starts up at a lower temperature may not function.
