1.8V Clock Generators 64 Terminals Tray
SI5345B-B04134-GM Overview
As a clock IC, it uses the Tray package. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 64 terminations. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 1.8V is required. It would be possible to supply this clock PLL with 1.89V of power. This RF synthesizer has CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. For safety reasons, this frequency generator's supply voltage should remain above 1.71V. If the frequency generator's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, it may pose a ha85°Card. The clock PLL can synthesi350MHze a clock frequency of 350MHz with high quality. Temperatures below -40°C could result in this clock PLL failing to start up.
