1.8V Clock Generators 64 Terminals Tray
SI5345B-B03684-GM Overview
Tray-method packaging is used for clock ICs. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. It contains 64 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 1.8V. This clock generator would require a maximum supply voltage of 1.89V. This time clock generator integrates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. For safety reasons, this frequency synthesizer should have a voltage supply above 1.71V. As soon as the PLL's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, it may cause ha85°Cards. The clock generator ic can synthesi350MHze a high-quality clock output frequency of 350MHz. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the clock PLL may not start up.
