Description:
The QSB363ZR is a subminiature plastic silicon infrared phototransistor from ON Semiconductor. It is designed for use in applications requiring high speed, low power consumption, and low cost. The device features a 30 V reverse voltage rating, a 940 nm peak wavelength, and a maximum collector current of 10 mA. It is available in a TO-92 package and is RoHS compliant.
