QSB34CGR Overview
To protect the photodiodes, they are packed in the Cut Tape (CT). Photodiodes are protected by 2-SMD, Gull Wing packages in order to ensure their safety. A reverse-bias photodiode shouldn't exceed 32V continuously in reverse-bias mode. Pins 2 are present on the photodiodes. When the photodiodes are placed in a circuit, they may produce heat 150mW. For the photodiodes, the reverse anode voltage should be 32V. Photodiodes should release 150mW heat in a circuit. If the reverse voltage is 32V, the photodiodes can operate properly in the DC circuit. A photodiode occurs even at 30nA current without light input.
