PQ1R38 Overview


In a Cut Tape (CT) case, the IC voltage regulator is delivered. A SOT-23L-6 case contains the Liner IC. This PMIC chip has an output type of Fixed. In this electrical part, there are 1 regulators that are implemented. Voltage Regulated IC Surface Mount varies its operating temperature range. The IC Voltage Regulator's operating temperature is -30°C~80°C degrees. Currently, this regulator IC has an output function configured as Positive as its output function.
