PI6C490094LIEX Overview
As a clock IC, it uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 16 terminations. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 3.3V is required. It would be possible to supply this clock PLL with 3.465V of power. This RF synthesizer has CLOCK GENERATOR, OTHER uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. For safety reasons, this frequency generator's supply voltage should remain above 3.135V. If the frequency generator's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, it may pose a ha85°Card. Temperatures below -40°C could result in this clock PLL failing to start up.
