MCP19119T-E/MQVAO Overview
In the 28-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 1. There is a Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure around the pmic. With this function, you can deal with Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). DC control operates at 4.5V~40V volts and has 4.5V~40V supply voltage. Suitable for working in an dc switcher that has a -40°C~125°C TJ. It can switch at 100kHz~1.6MHz. As it has a Surface Mount value, it can be used for general dc dc regulator. To provide efficient switching control, Phase Control is included in the dcdc regulator. QUAD are the position of the terminal of the switching converters. Various 28 terminations. In addition to "MCP19119", there are other relevant dc to dc converter ics you can find. The dc to dc voltage regulator is from the Automotive, AEC-Q100 series. There would be 28-QFN (5x5) supplier dc dc controller package for this part.
