RF modulator operates based on the frequency of 1635MHz.With the enhanced 28-WFQFN Exposed Pad package, this RF IC is excellent.This RF modulator is mounted in the Tape & Reel (TR) package.You can place this RF modulator to any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.For driving and receiving signals from data, this RF module has 28 terminations integrated.This is a 28-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation control.It operates with the RF switch IC's maximal operating temperature of 85°C to ensure its reliability.It operates with the RF switch IC's minimal operating temperature of -30°C to ensure its reliability.
