FS820R08A6P2LBBPSA1 is a type of HybridPACK? drive module with EDT2 IGBT and diode that is manufactured by Infineon Technologies for hybrid and electric vehicles. The EDT2 IGBT is an automotive Micro-Pattern Trench-Field-Stop cell design optimized for electric drive train applications. The power module is ideally suitable for increased system working voltages and is able to support modular inverter approaches as a result of its high clearance and creepage distances.
