FS32V232CTN2VUB Overview
The embedded microprocessor has been packed in 621-FBGA, FCBGA for convenient overseas shipping. Using advanced packaging techniques Tray, high reliability is ensured. A CPU with 2 Core, 32/64-Bit cores and width 2 Core, 32/64-Bit busses is used. Understand how the operating temperature around -40°C ~ 125°C (TJ) is determined. This is a member of the FS32V23 series. With a core count of ARM® Cortex®-A53, this CPU is multicore. A CPU with this architecture uses DDR3, DDR3L, LPDDR2 RAM controllers. With its I²C, SPI, PCI, UART interfaces, this microprocessor will be able to serve you better. The CPU runs at 1V, 1.8V, 3.3V when it comes to I/O.
