AM3354ZCZ80 Overview
Packed in 324-LFBGA, the microprocessor is convenient for shipping overseas. Advanced packaging method Tray is used to provide high reliability. The CPU has 1 Core 32-Bit cores/Bus width. Extended operating temperature around 0°C~90°C TJ. It comes from the Sitara™ series. This CPU is cored with a ARM® Cortex®-A8 processor. This CPU uses LPDDR, DDR2, DDR3, DDR3L RAM controllers. To serve better this microprocessor features CAN, I2C, McASP, McSPI, MMC/SD/SDIO, UART interfaces. This CPU runs I/O at 1.8V 3.3V. As far as the uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs type is concerned, this is a MICROPROCESSOR, RISC. If you are looking for variants of the cpu microprocessor, try search with AM3354. There are 324 terminations totally. It has a 32-Bit architecture. The CPU operates at a frequency of 800MHz. Please refer to the datasheets for 324 pins functions. The size of data Bus of the CPU is based on 32b-bit system. 324 pins are injected into the part body. This is a 1-core CPU. The amount of RAM (Random-Access Memory) is designed 64kB. You can supply voltage 800mA higher than 800mA to the CPU. In a normal situation, users should not supply the CPU microprocessor with a voltage higher than 1.144V. The lowest voltage fed to the CPU microprocessor should be 912mV.
