AD8000YCPZ-R2 Overview
Packaging for the buffer amplifier is in the form of a 8-WFDFN Exposed Pad, CSP case. A Current Feedback-type buffer amplifier is shown here. There is a Tape & Reel (TR) case that is delivered with the instrumentation amplifiers. For this electrical component, the recommended mounting type is Surface Mount, which is the most common.
