XC7Z020-1CLG484I Description
A Zynq-7000 series System-on-Chip (SoC) module, the Xilinx Inc. XC7Z020-1CLG484I is made for embedded systems that need high processing power, programmable logic resources, and real-time performance. The module combines an effective dual-core ARM Cortex-A9 processor with FPGA fabric, enabling designers to develop novel peripheral interfaces and protocols, build bespoke hardware accelerators, and process data in real time.
With a 28 nm process technology implementation, the XC7Z020-1CLG484I has a lower power need and better performance than previous-generation devices. It supports several USB interfaces, a wide range of I/O standards, two Gigabit Ethernet connections, and a lot of on-chip memory resources, including up to 512 MB DDR3 SDRAM.
