STGW50HF60S belongs to the family of very low-drop IGBTs specifically designed based on new advanced planar technology. It is able to deliver extremely low on-state voltage drop and limited turn-off losses, low switching off, as well as high current capability. The overall performance makes the STGW50HF60SIGBT ideal in low-frequency switches of mixed-frequency topologies for PF ≤ 1.
