The ST25DV16KC-IE8T3 is a dynamic NFC/RFID tag IC with 16-kbit EEPROM, I2C interface, and NFC Forum Type 5 tag. It is compliant with ISO/IEC 14443A, ISO/IEC 14443B, ISO/IEC 15693, ISO/IEC 18000-3, NFC Forum Type 4A, NFC Forum Type 4, NFC Forum Type 3, NFC Forum Type 2, and NFC Forum Type 1 standards.
