The space-saving 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is available for this voltage regulator. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Fixed output. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at 0°C ~ 85°C (TA).
