IPD036N04LGBTMA1 Description
The OptiMOSTM 3 N-channel logic level Power Transistor IPD036N04L G has a rapid switching MOSFET for SMPS and a very low on-resistance. For synchronous rectification in switched mode power supplies (SMPS), such as those used in servers and PCs, OptiMOSTM 40V is an excellent solution. These devices can also be employed in a variety of industrial applications, such as quick switching DC/DC converters.
