HMC1096LP3E Overview
RF modulator operates at 3.8GHz~5.6GHz frequency.RF ICs with enhanced 16-VQFN Exposed Pad, CSP packages are excellent with common characteristics.In the Strip package, this RF modulator is mounted.The RF modulator can be mounted on any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.An enhanced power dissipation control is provided by this 16-pin RF module.It is important that the operating RF switch IC's temperature is below 85°C.A minimum operating temperature of -40°C should not be reached by this RF switch IC.
