A clock integrated circuit is packaged in a Bulk-shaped package because it is for use as a clock. There is a clock generator embedded in the QFN package. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. There are 40 terminations found in the file. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 2.5V. This clock generator receives its inputs from Crystal, which is designed to be the clock source. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. An upper frequency limit of 158.95MHz Max can be achieved with this clock-based frequency synthesizer. Approximately 2.625V is the maximum supply voltage needed by this time clock generator. RF synthesizer incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, OTHER UPUs, PCs, and peripheral IC's. There is a 40-bit clock-generating IC built specifically for microprocessors in this frequency generator. PLL is designed with 40 pins. Designed to operate at low temperatures, this frequency generator performs -40°C operations per second. There is still a possibility of the electronic frequency generator working at 85°C with attenuated performance. The supply voltage should be maintained at 2.5V for high efficiency. The RF synthesizer features ALSO OPERATES TA 3.3 V SUPPLY; ALSO AVILABE IN 0.65 MM PITCH PACKAGE for improved clock signal output. The output frequency can be amplified as high as possible with its 8 signal outputs. A supply current of 177mA is required to fully operate clock PLL.
